- 24/7 online / web chat service to guide / facilitate online applicants at the URL (http://www.messenger.com/t/nadrapakidentity).
- Official Twitter Account (Twitter handler:-@NadraPak)
- Complaint Management System (CMS) (Https://www.nadra.gov.pk/complaint/).
- Complaints/information on Skype ID pakidentity@outlook.com on every Thursday from 1500Hrs to 1600Hrs PST at e-Kachari.
- Feedback (https://id.nadra.gov.pk/feedback/)
