Requirements for Visit Visa

Original passport with minimum validity of six months along with its photocopy
Duly filled in visa form. Incomplete or vaguely filled forms will not be accepted.
Two photographs
Invitation letter from host in Pakistan along with his/her Pakistani citizenship documents; i.e. CNIC
Copy of return Ticket Reservation
Copy of Hotel Booking in Pakistan
Payment Receipt of applicable fee.
Bank statement (one year)

Note:

Visa processing time: 3-4 working days.

Requirements for Business Visa

Original Passport with minimum validity of six months along with its photocopy.
Duly filled in visa form. Incomplete or vaguely filled forms will not be accepted.
Two fresh photographs.
Employment proof
Hotel booking / other arrangement of stay.

Note:

Normal processing time for visa: One working day.

Requirements for Family Visa

Original Passport with minimum validity of six months along with its
photocopy.
Duly filled in visa form. Incomplete or vaguely filled forms will not be accepted.
Two fresh photographs.
Documents proving Pakistani antecedents (in case of Pakistani origin).
Invitation letter from host along with his Pakistani citizenship documents; i.e. CNIC and Passport.
Birth Certificate in case of minors Traveling along with parent(s).
Consent letter of parents/legal guardian if child is traveling alone or
with one parent.
Payment Receipt of applicable fee.

Note:

Visa processing time: 14 working days.
In case of visit to his/her spouse marriage certificate duly attested from Egyptian Ministry of Foreign Affairs may kindly be provided.

Requirements for Journalist Visa

Original Passport with minimum validity of six months along with its
photocopy.
Duly filled in visa form. Incomplete or vaguely filled forms will not be accepted.
Two fresh photographs.
HR Letter / Employment proof from concerned Media house/Organization.
Payment Receipt of applicable fee.

Note:

Visa processing time: 14 working days (4-6 weeks for visa application for documentaries / interviews / other journalistic purposes.

Requirements for NGO Visa

Original passport with minimum validity of six months along with its
photocopy
Duly filled in visa form. Incomplete or vaguely filled forms will not be
accepted.
Two fresh photographs.
Approval from Ministry of Interior (Pakistan).
HR Letter on letterhead of the NGO.
Invitation letter from relevant NGO in Pakistan.
Payment Receipt of applicable fee.

Note:

Visa processing time: 4 – 6 weeks.

Requirements for Tourist Visa

Original passport with minimum validity of six months along with its
photocopy
Duly filled in visa form. Incomplete or vaguely filled forms will not be accepted.
Two fresh photographs.
Copy of Return Ticket Reservation
Copy of Hotel Booking in Pakistan
Payment Receipt of applicable fee.

Note:

Visa processing time 14 working days.
In case there is an organized group or the visit is for trekking, letter from Tourism Division, Government of Pakistan is required.

Third Country National Visa Requirements

Justification of Residence (Employment letter/ In case of business in Egypt, letter from Chamber Of Commerce).
Photo Copy of Resident Card.
Original passport with minimum validity of six months along with its
photocopy.
Duly filled in visa form. Incomplete or vaguely filled forms will not be accepted. applicant
Two fresh photographs.
Copy of return Ticket Reservation
Copy of Hotel Booking in Pakistan
Payment Receipt of applicable fee.

Note:

The Person will be interviewed. Additional documents may be required based on interview.

Requirements for Visa To Laissez Passers Holders of UN Passports

Original passport with minimum validity of six months along with its photocopy.
Copy of Valid residence visa in Egypt.
Duly filled in visa form. Incomplete or vaguely filled forms will not be accepted.
Two fresh photographs.
Letter of recommendation from concerned UN organization.
Copy of return Ticket Reservation
Copy of Hotel Booking in Pakistan
Approval from Ministry of Foreign Affairs (Islamabad).

Note:

Visa processing time 3-4 days.

Requirements for Diplomatic / Official Visa

Diplomatic / Official passport with minimum validity of six months along with its photocopy.
Duly filled in visa form. Incomplete or vaguely filled forms will not be accepted.
Two fresh photographs.
Note Verbal from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Note:

For Egyptian diplomats visa is not required in case of a visit up to 30 days.
Visa processing time: 07 working days.

Requirements for Tabligh Visa

Original Passport with minimum validity of six months along with its photocopy.
Duly filled in visa form. Incomplete or vaguely filled forms will not be accepted.
Two fresh photographs.
Approval from Ministry of Interior, Pakistan.
Recommendation from Tablighi Markaz/ host in Pakistan along with his Pakistani citizenship documents; i.e. Identity Card copy / proof of citizenship.
Copy of confirmed return Ticket Reservation
Payment Receipt of applicable fee.

Note:

Visa processing time: 4 – 6 weeks.
Photocopy of passport bearing exit stamp from Pakistan may be provided upon return from Pakistan. In case of non-fulfillment future visa applications will not be entertained.
